BackCode LLC, a custom development firm, is looking for talented Unity3D programmers in the Los Angeles area. Over the last 15 years in Visual Effects and Animation, our crew of highly talented artists have worked for such clients as Fox, Warner Brothers, Disney and Dreamworks. To complement our artistic experience we are looking for the best local Unity3D developer talent to fill the requirements of our clients for some upcoming projects. We are looking for both people with varying skill sets, both Jr and Senior. The positions will start as freelance (work at home) and may evolve to permanent placement depending on the needs of both the studio & clients.
Sr Developer
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Strong understanding of Unity3D
- 5+ years of JavaScript experience
- Experience with Unity for iPhone/iPad/Android
- Previous work in development teams
- Leadership experience
Bonus Skills:
- Experience developing for Game Consoles
- Experience with Maya based pipeline
- 2 or more delivered titles
Developer
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills

Business Development Representative, Sales
Description
BackCode is looking for a self-motivated, top performing Business Development Representative to drive sales, revenue and aggressively grow our business. This is a inside/outside sales position with a global territory and a very competitive salary with uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities:
- Aggressively prospect, qualify and close potential clients generated through outbound calling, email initiatives and attending appropriate industry events defined by management
- Promptly and proactively address incoming inquiries generated through web portals and marketing campaigns
- Generate your own sales targets via research, industry articles and specific targeted verticals defined by the sales and marketing strategies
- Keep current with industry trends that are relevant to targeted vertical markets
- Have a complete technical understanding of and ability to articulate and demonstrate BackCode’s capabilities and value proposition
- Maintain sales pipeline with weekly reports to sales management
- Provide high touch account management with current client base
- Determine potential up sell and other revenue opportunities within an account
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in technology, media and/or advertising
- Proven experience in a quota carrying sales role with a track record of exceeding goals
- Able to effectively prospect, qualify, and solution sell to the right decision makers
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to succinctly present BackCode’s services via phone/web conference, trade events, etc.
- Strong computer skills, proficient with standard software, Internet, and web applications
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and ambitious to drive sales and revenue for the company
- Possess excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal
- Responsible, self-directed individual who knows what needs to be done and operates with urgency, focus, discipline and minimal supervision
- A strong team player who enjoys the art of sales and cold-calling coupled with a relentless hunter mentality
- Above all, ethical, fair and of high integrity
Bonus Skills:
- BA/BS+ level education
- Sales experience in Technology, media and advertising/marketing
- Background in technology, entertainment and/or advertising/marketing (web development, SaaS, multimedia) is a big plus
- Government sales experience
- CRM system experience for managing sales strategy
